As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a critical role in our fast-paced operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
