Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Pick/pack orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Utilize inventory management systems (RF scanning)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy
- Pass background/drug screening
