As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be vital to our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods while maintaining the highest safety standards. No prior experience required – we provide full training!
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
