Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload trailers with precision and safety compliance
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Assist with quality control and damage prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (overtime guaranteed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
