Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using WMS systems
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following 5S principles
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid driver's license (preferred) or state ID
- Flexible availability for 10 PM-6 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Warehouse experience or forklift certification (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
