Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Load/unload shipments while verifying product quality and quantity
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse zones
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picking experience required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (will train)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and comfort with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends during peak seasons)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
