Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, order pickers, etc.) with full training
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using provided handheld devices
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow strict quality control protocols for order fulfillment
- Report equipment maintenance needs to supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
