Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to efficiently move inventory in 50,000+ sq ft warehouse
- Perform pre/post-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain JIT inventory accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols during material handling operations
- Document inventory movements using WMS systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dock areas
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize weekend shift workflows
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (mandatory)
- 2+ years warehouse material handling experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanning/WMS systems
- Strong spatial awareness and depth perception
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
