Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Meet/exceed daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and error-prevention focus
- Reliable transportation to Richmond facility
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-4pm or 4pm-12am)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn warehouse processes
