Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with inventory management and organization of warehouse stock
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
- Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license (not required for forklift operation)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (provided)
