Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organize stock
- Adhere to safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet shift targets
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to site
- Willingness to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
