Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently select and pack products according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure accuracy of orders before they leave the facility.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks, verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
