Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 49 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
