Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated zones
- Execute FIFO inventory rotation and cycle counts
- Load/unload trucks with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Sanitize equipment and facilities using industrial cleaners
- Complete daily quality control logs and temperature monitoring
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
