Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
