Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight in the temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Monitor and maintain accurate temperature logs for all storage areas to ensure product integrity.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and janitorial duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 35°F).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is required.
