As a Cold Storage Worker, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations, ensuring our temperature-sensitive inventory is handled with care and precision.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize freight in the cold storage facility efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners.
- Ensure storage units and aisles remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and temperature control regulations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (below 35°F) for extended shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
