Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Manage inventory and warehouse organization with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Complete accurate paperwork and documentation for inventory control
- Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience (sit-down and stand-up models)
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
