Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and yard
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload trucks with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 1+ years of recent forklift operation experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
