Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload trucks and containers
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision
- Adhere to strict OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
