Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as required
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations for equipment operation
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and productivity
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Complete daily equipment maintenance logs and documentation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our training program)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
