Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure forklifts are in safe working condition.
- Load and unload freight trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and cargo security.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and logging stock as it enters or leaves the floor.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and reading shipping labels.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and bend/reach frequently.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
