Responsibilities
Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to optimize workflow efficiency.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and other machinery.
Overtime Execution: Be available to work overtime hours to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience: No prior experience required; Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
License: Possession of a valid forklift certification is highly preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime.
