Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in multi-temperature zones
- Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Load/unload trucks with 100% accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory records via warehouse management system
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols 100% of the time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (must provide proof)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Forklift endorsement on driver's license
- Proficient with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/nights as needed)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
