Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately using warehouse management software.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper handling equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve workflow issues and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
