Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through accurate tracking and documentation of warehouse activities
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and efficient workflow
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
- Support cross-functional logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or forklift operation experience
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends if required
