Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in good working order.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning and labeling products correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Operator certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
