Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and relocate materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of fragile items.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by staging and organizing stock according to location codes.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and perform daily pre-shift safety checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We offer paid on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety, precision, and organization.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with counting, measuring, and reading labels.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work a consistent full-time schedule.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
