Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
- Manage inventory accuracy through accurate scanning and stock verification processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packing and palletizing.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Required).
- Previous experience operating counterbalance and reach forklifts.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and operating warehouse management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
