Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and count incoming stock against paperwork, identifying discrepancies.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and interpret pick tickets.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
