Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently in warehouse settings
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle count processes
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train on specialized equipment as needed (e.g., reach trucks, pallet jacks)
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
- Experience with inventory management software preferred
