Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods in warehouse setting
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory according to company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Complete paperwork and inventory tracking accurately and on time
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- No experience required – paid training provided for all new hires
- Valid driver's license (state of New Mexico)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
