Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage products safely and efficiently.
- Ensure warehouse safety by strictly adhering to OSHA regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Maintain organization by keeping aisles clear, staging areas tidy, and inventory accurate.
- Perform inventory counts and assist in stock replenishment using warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Handle physical duties including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (Counterbalance or Reach) is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform manual labor duties.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fontana facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions precisely.
- Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts as business demands.
