Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently select and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and ensure proper organization.
- Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
