As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that materials are moved safely and efficiently to support our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks before starting shifts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and organizing stock.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift operator certification (Reach Truck or Counterbalance preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
