Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse floor according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Scan barcodes and utilize handheld scanners to ensure proper inventory tracking.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure they are properly labeled and sealed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to meet safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure shipping targets are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
