Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and move palletized inventory accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory organization, stock counts, and cycle counting.
- Follow all safety protocols and communicate hazards immediately to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Forklift License required).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
