Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to manage stock levels effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld inventory scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus.
