Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all material movements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 7 days of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operation experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and material handling best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
