Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely and organized manner to maintain workflow.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and accurate record-keeping as required.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and reading labels.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certifications upon hire.
