Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Package and prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse floor to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift (1+ years preferred).
- Valid forklift certification (CFP/CFII) or willingness to get certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as needed.
