Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, reach trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage pallets and merchandise with precision to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the night team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Document inventory movements and perform cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
