Job Overview
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for moving materials safely and efficiently to ensure our supply chain runs smoothly during the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers accurately.
- Stack pallets and organize inventory according to safety protocols.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the shift lead and team members.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred but not mandatory).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
