Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently during night shift operations.
- Load, unload, and stage palletized materials for shipping and receiving.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock levels with the warehouse team.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30) or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
- Ability to work night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM or similar) with a reliable schedule.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
