Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for e-commerce fulfillment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones following OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking knowledge
- Reliable transportation to 7am-4pm shift schedule
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
