Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse environment
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Follow inventory control procedures and documentation protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Complete training and certification programs as required
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
