Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution centers
- Inspect equipment daily for safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory counts and organize stock in designated storage areas
- Maintain clean and organized work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Complete paperwork and digital logs for inventory and material transfers
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
