Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo safety and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and logging products into the system.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain efficiency.
- Assist in order fulfillment processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (required).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required for reliable candidates.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory accuracy.
- Basic math skills for performing inventory counts and receiving.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
