Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, orderly, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (valid for the machinery to be operated).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
