Responsibilities
- Receiving & Inspecting: Verify incoming shipments and ensure accuracy against packing lists.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently locate and prepare items for shipment using proper packaging techniques.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and participating in cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging tasks.
